1. Acceptance of terms

By using the «TarotBridge» Telegram bot (@TarotBridgeBot, the «Bot», the «Service»), you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. Before your first payment in the Bot, you must explicitly accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

The Service provides a digital service on Telegram: Tarot card readings (Major Arcana) and automated interpretations. New users receive free readings; paid interpretation unlocks an extended reading of an existing spread.

3. For entertainment purposes

  • All reading results and interpretations are for entertainment purposes only;
  • They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice;
  • Do not make important life decisions based solely on reading results;
  • If you face serious problems, please consult a relevant professional.

4. Payments (Telegram Stars)

  • Paid features are digital services (reading interpretation), payable only in Telegram Stars (XTR) via Telegram's built-in payment flow;
  • Bank cards and other payment methods are not used inside the Bot — Telegram handles Star purchases separately;
  • The price in Stars is shown before payment; the service is delivered only after Telegram confirms successful payment;
  • Each invoice is tied to your Telegram account and cannot be paid by another user;
  • Before paying, you must accept these Terms in the Bot (command /terms).

5. Refunds and payment disputes

  • If Stars were charged but the interpretation was not delivered, use /paysupport in the Bot or email support@tarotbridge.com;
  • Include your @username, date, Stars amount and a description of the issue;
  • We will review your request and issue a Stars refund via Telegram's API when appropriate;
  • Telegram Support cannot help with purchases in third-party bots. Contact us only through the channels listed in the Bot and on this page.

6. Rules of use

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes is prohibited;
  • Attempts to disrupt the Service, automated mass access and circumventing limits are prohibited;
  • The administration may restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (texts, reading images, design) belong to the Service administration. You may save and share your own readings for personal use.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is». The administration is not responsible for decisions made by the user based on reading results, nor for temporary unavailability of the Service or Telegram.

9. Age restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

10. Changes to the terms

The administration may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page and via /terms in the Bot. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
