1. General

This Policy describes what data the «TarotBridge» Telegram bot (@TarotBridgeBot, the «Bot», the «Service») processes and how it is used. By using the Bot, you agree to this Policy. Full terms of use and payments are on the Terms of Use page.

2. What data we process

  • Your Telegram account identifier (numeric ID), first name and username, passed by Telegram automatically;
  • Questions you ask the cards and reading results — for history and service delivery;
  • Technical usage events (commands, button taps, /start source) — for analytics and improvements;
  • Terms acceptance timestamp (terms_accepted_at) — to comply with Telegram Stars payment rules;
  • Payment data: Telegram payment charge id (telegram_payment_charge_id), Stars amount, status and time — for purchase records and refunds. The Bot does not receive bank card data; Stars payments are processed by Telegram.

3. How the data is used

  • Providing the Service: readings, interpretations, history, balance;
  • Processing Telegram Stars payments and delivering paid digital services;
  • Referral program;
  • User support (/support, /paysupport) and refunds;
  • Analyzing and improving the Service.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. Telegram processes Stars payments as the platform. Anonymized site analytics (Google Analytics) may be used on the landing — see section 8.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in a secured database on our servers. Only the administration has access. Your questions and readings in the Bot are visible only to you.

6. Your rights

You may stop using the Bot and request deletion of your data by emailing support@tarotbridge.com or via /support in the Bot. Deleting your Telegram account stops processing of new data.

7. Payments and refunds

For payment and Stars refund questions use /paysupport in the Bot. Details are in our Terms of Use, payments section.

8. Cookies and site analytics

The site en.tarotbridge.com may use anonymized counters (Google Analytics). They cannot identify you inside the Bot.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page.
